xTool MetalFab SaveGas™ Cutting Nozzle Set

Specialist cutting nozzle for efficient MetalFab cutting using compressed air.

Designed for the xTool MetalFab CNC Cutter, the SaveGas™ Cutting Nozzle enables clean cutting of thinner metals using compressed air, reducing reliance on bottled cutting gases for suitable applications. Its contact-cutting design is particularly suited to everyday fabrication where speed, efficiency and lower operating costs are priorities.

Key Features:

• Compressed-air cutting – designed for use with an air pressure of 6–7.9 bar

• Cuts stainless steel – up to 4mm

• Cuts aluminium – up to 4mm

• Cuts brass – up to 3mm

• Contact-cutting design – telescopic nozzle maintains contact with the material during cutting

Important Note:

The minimum cutting pattern size with the SaveGas™ nozzle is 2.5mm. Because it uses a contact-cutting method, it can leave scratches on the metal surface and is therefore not recommended where an ultra-precise, scratch-free finish is required.

For carbon steel or galvanised sheet above 2mm, the Double-Layer Cutting Nozzle and extension tube are recommended instead.

This set is intended as a spare/replacement set. A SaveGas™ Cutting Nozzle is already included with the MetalFab CNC Cutter package.
