PROFILE & PURPOSE
Educator & Practitioner
Joe Coogan is a lecturer in Materials and Processes at TU Dublin and one of Ireland’s earliest SOLIDWORKS-certified experts.
With experience across design engineering, manufacturing, and education, he founded 3D Additive Solutions to help businesses and educators use 3D printing with greater precision and confidence.
After two decades working in design and manufacturing, Joe saw a clear gap: cutting-edge 3D technology existed, but few people knew how to use it effectively.
He’d watched engineers, teachers, and students alike struggle to bridge the space between concept and creation. That’s where 3D Additive Solutions began.
