The CNC platform includes a 16MP panoramic camera for accurate positioning and Smart Nesting, alongside a close-range camera for detailed secondary processing. The Material EasySet library provides 100+ pre-optimised parameters across more than 30 materials, helping streamline setup and production.
SafetyPro™ Air Purification:

The SafetyPro filtration system adds dedicated fume and particle management to the MetalFab setup, helping create a cleaner professional working environment during laser processing.

This package includes free 1-to-1 commissioning, helping ensure your MetalFab system is correctly configured for your workshop and intended applications.
Our team can advise on materials, cutting and shielding gases, electrical requirements, workshop setup and production workflows, with additional training and ongoing technical support available.
Important Safety & Installation Requirements:
The MetalFab 1200W is a Class 4 laser system and requires appropriate laser safety controls, PPE and operating procedures. Suitable process gases are also required according to the welding, cutting or cleaning application.
The 1200W welder requires a 200–240V power supply, with a circuit rated at 21A or higher and maximum power consumption of up to 4,200W. The CNC Cutter accepts 100–240V. Electrical installation should be checked by a qualified electrician, and all applicable electrical, laser safety and workplace requirements must be observed.
