The right MetalFab configuration depends on the materials and thicknesses you're processing, your production requirements, shielding gas and working environment. Our team can advise on the appropriate setup, with installation, training and ongoing technical support available.
Important Safety & Installation Requirements:
The MetalFab 1200W is a Class 4 laser system and requires appropriate laser safety controls, PPE and operating procedures. Shielding gas, such as argon or nitrogen, is also required for laser welding.
For European installations, the MetalFab 1200W requires a 200–240V AC power supply, with 25A circuit protection and cable of at least 4mm². Electrical installation should be checked by a qualified electrician and all applicable electrical and laser safety requirements must be observed.
