xTool MetalFab Double-Layer Cutting Nozzle Set

Double-layer cutting nozzles for oxygen-assisted cutting of thicker carbon steel and galvanised sheet.

Designed for the xTool MetalFab CNC Cutter, this add-on set includes 1.0mm and 1.2mm double-layer cutting nozzles plus a 20mm focus extension tube. It is designed primarily for cutting carbon steel and galvanised sheet from 2mm thickness upwards.

Key Features:

• Two nozzle sizes – 1.0mm and 1.2mm

• For thicker materials – suitable for carbon steel and galvanised sheet from 2mm

• 1.0mm nozzle – recommended for material below 8mm

• 1.2mm nozzle – recommended for material 8mm and above

• Oxygen-assisted cutting – operates at a recommended pressure of 0.06–0.07MPa
