The Creality Sermoon X1 is the flagship of Creality's professional scanner range, engineered for high-precision reverse engineering, inspection and industrial measurement. Combining blue laser, NIR structured light and integrated photogrammetry, it provides accuracy up to 0.02 mm while extending precision across larger components and assemblies. Its combination of fine-detail capture, large-object scanning and enhanced volumetric control makes the X1 particularly suited to automotive, aerospace, manufacturing and demanding engineering workflows.

Integrated Photogrammetry — Unlike the S1 and P1, the X1 adds photogrammetry to its blue-laser and NIR scanning technologies, helping maintain dimensional accuracy across larger objects and assemblies.
